Discount E-Bikes – Returns & Warranty Policy

At Discount E-Bikes, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. Our 24-Month Warranty & Returns Policy is designed to protect you against manufacturing defects, while maintaining fair and transparent conditions for all customers.


What’s Covered (24 Months from Purchase Date):

  • Manufacturing faults or defects in materials or workmanship

  • Issues with motor, battery, frame, or electrical components due to factory error

  • Warranty claims must be supported by photos, videos, or inspection


What’s Not Covered:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, water exposure, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications

  • Wear and tear items (e.g. brake pads, tires, inner tubes, chains, etc.)


Pre-Orders & Shipping Delays:

If you purchase a product under pre-order status or during a shipment delay, please note:

  • No refunds will be issued due to shipping or delivery delays

  • Estimated delivery times are subject to change based on supply chain factors beyond our control

  • Your pre-order guarantees your unit and pricing, but not an exact delivery date


How to Submit a Return or Warranty Claim:

  1. Contact our support team at contact@discountebikes.com.au with:

    • Your order number

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Supporting photos or videos

  2. Our technical team will assess the claim and provide further instructions

  3. If approved, we’ll arrange repair, replacement parts, or a full/partial replacement of the unit as needed


Important Notes:

  • Any return without prior approval will not be accepted

  • Return shipping for warranty-related repairs may be covered depending on the case

  • For fastest service, please retain your original packaging
