What’s Covered (24 Months from Purchase Date):

Manufacturing faults or defects in materials or workmanship

Issues with motor, battery, frame, or electrical components due to factory error

Warranty claims must be supported by photos, videos, or inspection
What’s Not Covered:

Change of mind or personal preference

Damage due to misuse, accidents, water exposure, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications

Wear and tear items (e.g. brake pads, tires, inner tubes, chains, etc.)
Pre-Orders & Shipping Delays:
If you purchase a product under pre-order status or during a shipment delay, please note:

No refunds will be issued due to shipping or delivery delays

Estimated delivery times are subject to change based on supply chain factors beyond our control
